TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when registering for this Promotion.

1. The promotion is open only to individuals aged 18 and over.
2. The promotion is open only to individuals who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. To be eligible to receive the £10 Amazon Gift Card incentive, customers must complete all testing scenarios and surveys as outlined in the testing instructions that are to be sent via email. 
4. Testing must be completed within the specified time period for each scenario. Timings will be communicated via email. 
5. The promotion is not open to Vet-AI employees.
6. There are limited spaces available. Not all participants may be selected to take part if the testing becomes oversubscribed. Vet-AI reserves the right to select the number of participants required from those who register to take part. 
7. Participants must sign up to take part by Thursday 23rd May 2024.
8. The £10 Amazon Gift Card incentive will be shared via email once the participant has completed all testing scenarios within the specified timeframes. 
9. Incentives will be sent via email within 6 weeks of completing the testing.

12. Joii Pet Care accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the promotion.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
