JOII PET CARE HEALTH SURVEY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating in this competition.

1. The competition is open only to individuals aged 18 and over, who reside in the United Kingdom. The competition is open to only to Joii Pet Care customers who have an active Animal Friends Insurance (“Animal Friends”) cat or dog policy at the time of their participation.

2. To be eligible to participate in the competition, customers must complete the Health Survey, answering all questions between 00:01 Monday 1st July 2024 and 23:59 Friday 5th July 2024. Once complete, they will be entered into the

competition.

3. The competition is not open to Animal Friends or Vet-AI employees.

4. Offer ends 23:59 Friday 12th July 2024. The competition draw will be completed by 23:59 Friday 31st July 2024. The winner will be notified by email.

5. Joii Pet Care reserves the right to cancel this competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.

6. Joii Pet Care accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the competition.

7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.

9. Competition is limited to one entry per policy holder.

10. This competition is only available to Animal Friends Insurance Cat and Dog policy holders. Excludes horse and rider policies.
